Kevin "Cowboy" Starland
Crew Chief

With over twenty years in motorsports, Crew Chief Starland brings a wealth of experience to the No. 20 team. Most recently with Billy Ballew Motorsports in the NCWTS in 2010, he worked with a wide variety of personalities & experience - from Johnny Benson to Nelson Picquet, Jr; Aric Almirola to Steven Wallace. From 2005-2010, Starland presided over Circle Bar Racing as crew chief, amassing two wins and finishing in the top five in points every year. At Roush Racing from 1998-2005, Starland served as crew chief to Carl Edwards in the Nationwide Series for two years, collecting six wins and Rookie of the Year honors.  He also served as car chief for Greg Biffle, leading him to a 2002 Busch Championship & Rookie of the Year plus 9 wins; and served as truck chief for Biffle from 98-99, finishing second in points, collecting 17 wins and the 2000 championship.  Starland is originally from Chesaning, Michigan.
Cody Glick
Truck Chief

Cody Glick serves as truck chief for the No. 20 team. Previously, Glick worked for Billy Ballew Motorsports as truck chief. In 2009, he worked as a road mechanic for Yates Racing.  From 2006-2008, Glick worked with Roush Racing as a road mechanic.  From 2004-2005, he worked with Ultra Motorsports as head suspension technician for the championship team of Ted Musgrave.  From 2003-2004, Glick worked with RJ Racing as a transmission & gear builder. Glick is originally from Gifford, Pennsylvania.
Terry Lynch
Team Transportation

Terry Lynch serves as the transporter driver and chef for the No. 20 team.  Most recently, Lynch worked as the transporter driver for Wyler Racing in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series from 2004-2010.  Previously, he worked with Calwells Racing on Ricky Craven's No. 32 Tide truck from 2001-2004. Lynch is originally from Carey, Ohio.
Scott Weaver
Fabricator/Mechanic

Scott Weaver serves as the fabricator & mechanic for the No. 20 team. Previously, Weaver was the shop foreman at Circle Bar Racing with Rick Crawford from 2006-2010.  Prior to Circle Bar Racing, Weaver was a driver in the Goody Dash Series, formerly known as the NASCAR Dash Series.  Weaver is originally from Shelby, North Carolina.


Shawn Winters
Tire Specialist

Shawn Winters serves as the tire specialist for the No. 20 team.  Previously, Winters spent four years at Circle Bar Racing as a mechanic. Prior to Circle Bar Racing, Winters helped his family-run dirt car operation in North Carolina.  Winters is originally from North Carolina.
